<br /> <br />Ordinance 814 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />(6) The permanent residents residing in independent living units shall be limited <br />to persons who are 55 years of age or over except that one other person may reside in <br />any senior or elderly housing unit including his or her spouse, parent, foster parent, or <br />legal guardian. <br /> <br /> <br />SECTION 2.
