<br />Select Senior Living Report <br />October 27, 2008 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br /> <br />Alternatives: <br /> <br />After hearing from staff and the applicant, the Council may take one of the following <br />actions related to the request: <br /> <br />1. Approve Resolution 7347 for a Final Plat and Development Agreement as <br />requested, and hold the second reading and adopt Ordinance 813 which rezones <br />the three parcels. <br /> <br />2. Deny the final plat and/or development agreement. The Council should direct staff <br />to draft a resolution of denial with findings appropriate to support the denial. <br /> <br />3. Table the request. If additional information is needed before a decision can be <br />made or if more discussion is needed, the Council can simply move to table the <br />request until such information has been provided. Action must be taken by <br />November 14, 2008. <br /> <br />Recommendations: <br /> <br />Staff recommends that the Council, 1.
