Resolution 7332, Approving the Non-Union Retirement Health Savings Plan 34 <br /> 35 <br />Council Member Stigney asked why the Union and Non-Union are different for the plan. 36 <br /> 37 <br />Clerk Administrator Ericson indicated that this is the contribution of the employee to this account 38 <br />and it does not affect the City. This allows employees, based on union or non-union, to 39 <br />contribute different amounts. 40 <br /> 41 <br />MOTION/SECOND: Stigney/Hull.
