The contract still stipulated that the market values for <br /> 1990 and 1992 be reached. The actual market values for each of the <br /> years (1990 and 1992) are as follows: <br /> 1990 $ 4 , 105, 200 <br /> 1992 $ 7 , 399, 400 <br /> (3) The developer was required in the contract to construct public <br /> improvements on the property per plans approved by the City. All <br /> improvements required as part of the approval have been completed <br /> and a copy of the as-builts are on file here at City Hall. <br />
