Feature a different business association member each month as a part of "A View From the Mound" <br /> program as a way of supporting the businesses and to keep in good communication with information <br /> exchange between the City, residents and businesses. <br /> 3. Hold one meeting each month to plan the "A View From the Mound" program and other special <br /> programs. <br /> 4. Provide technical assistance in the form of shooting tape and editing script and pictures, etc. in the <br /> development of a historical video for the City of Mounds View. <br /> 5. Solicite information (through the City Newsletter and direct mailings) from local organizations and <br /> groups to be put on the message scroll publicizing community activities and events. <br /> 6. Input every City Council meeting agenda in addition to the Parks and Recreation Commission, Planning <br /> Commission and other commissions agendas and meeting dates to the message scroll monitor. <br /> 7. Teach 3-4 key staff members whose issues are conducive to video information tapes (ie. Planning, Police, <br /> Parks, Recreation & Forestry, Public Works and Economic Development) to use the camrecorder and <br /> encourage staff members to take video footage to be used in videos - thus using less Cable TV <br /> Technicians time in shooting making available more time for editing and producing programs. <br /> 8. Encourage staff members to initiate infomercial for city sponsored programs such as recycling, clean-up <br /> day, Festival, City Hall Open House, and other events to assist in publicizing activities and events. <br /> 9. Inventory equipment, sell outdated equipment, research new development and plan for the future in <br /> Cable TV public access programming. <br /> Organize a library of tape footage, - labeling and making a file describing footage availability. <br />
