Since that time, Councilmember <br /> Quick has suggested that additional issues be addressed in the survey such <br /> as questions regarding the compost site, and organized collection. <br /> If the Council is desirous of conducting the survey, The cost would be <br /> approximately $6, 000 and could be completed in 60 days.
