They have two <br /> manufacturing firms who are interested in located in the Park - this would <br /> be owners and not just tenants of Everest. Bill Franke has requested that <br /> the Council again consider the use of "pay-as-you-go" TIF for the project. <br /> He will be present at Monday's meeting to outline the project. No decisions <br /> need be made by the Council Monday night.
