Worked with Public Works Supervisor to <br /> establish methods of inspection to ensure compliance of work <br /> with approved plans. <br /> * Processed Planning Commission Cases as necessary. <br /> * Worked with Metropolitan Waste Control Commission on location <br /> of Blaine interceptor project. <br /> * Attended two-day AutoCAD training course offered by the St. <br /> Paul Technical College. <br /> Recycling <br /> * Reported in excess of 173 tons of recycled materials for the <br /> quarter. This number represents an increase in curbside <br /> recycling tonnage of over 23% from the 2nd quarter of 1992 <br /> and, an increase in the estimated participation level from <br /> 38. 5% in 1992 to 50.8% in 1993 during the same period. <br /> * Continued promotion of recycling activities with flyers and <br /> awards for participation. <br />
