Forms and more forms were completed in compliance to the
LAWCON grant project at Silver View Park. Final O.K. to
begin the project was received mid-June.
17. BUDGET PREPARATION - budget preparation, changes, etc. is
very time consuming. Much of May and June is devoted to
budget preparation. Our department prepares 8 budgets along
with the Long Term Financial Plan. Sharie prepared the July City Newsletter, offering camera
ready copy for cost savings to the City of Mounds View.
23. Monthly MVCT Board meetings were held on a monthly basis or
more often as necessary. Final budget was set, theater
positions filled and workplan organized with beginning
implementation with auditions in June.
24.
