RESOLUTION NO. 4355 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN APPLICATION FOR CONVEYANCE OF CERTAIN <br /> TAX-FORFEITED PARCELS <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View has determined that the <br /> following-described tax-forfeited land is required for drainage and - <br /> also to provide an open space buffer between a City park and future <br /> "21,- development. <br /> Lot one (1) , Block one (1) , Downing Addition <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View has also determined that the <br /> following-described tax-forfeited land is required for expansion of <br /> public parking needs for a multi-family residential complex. <br /> Lot ten (10) , Block one (1) , Park View Terrace; and <br /> WHEREAS, acquisition of the above-referenced parcels would be <br /> consistent with the City's Comprehensive Plan. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Administrator is <br /> hereby authorized to make an application for conveyance of said <br /> tax-forfeited land for public purposes; and <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Administrator is hereby <br /> authorized to file a certified copy of this resolution and <br /> application for conveyance of said tax-forfeited land in the office <br /> of the land commissioner. <br /> Adopted this 22nd day of March, 1993 . <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Mayor <br /> (SEAL) <br /> Clerk-Administrator <br />
