Attended the annual Chief's Conference in Bloomington. Main <br /> topics discussed were--dealing with difficult employee and <br /> community based policing. <br /> 5. Officer Nelson started teaching D.A.R.E. at Pinewood in <br /> January. Graduation is set for April 27. <br /> 6. On behalf of the Ramsey County Chief's Association the Chief <br /> conducted an audit of the financial transactions of Police <br /> Training Advisory Committee. The audit was for the past five <br /> years. <br /> 7. Lt. Brick is continuing the updating and rewriting of the City's <br /> Emergency Management Plan. <br /> 8. Moved into our new evidence room. All evidence and property <br /> was inventoried. <br /> 9. New flooring was installed in the hallway leading to the new <br /> garage. <br />
