MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL <br /> PAGE TWO <br /> APRIL 5, 1993 <br /> The City has four options, each of which have varying degrees of <br /> security and cost. They are as follows: <br /> 1. Rekey nothing, which could jeopardize security and open <br /> the City to possible liabilities related to the <br /> situation. <br /> 2 . Rekey only the front doors which makes City Hall more <br /> secure. <br /> 3 . Rekey all locks under the current system, which secures <br /> the buildings, but does nothing to improve the lock <br /> system. <br /> 4 . Rekey the entire City to the new Best Locks system, <br /> which provides for a highly secure system. This system <br /> has many possible combinations and is extremely easy to <br /> manage. <br /> All of these changes would be compatible with any additions or <br /> remodeling of the City Hall facility. <br />
