<br /> GENERAL INFORMATION CONCERNING THE CITY
<br /> Mounds View is located in northern Ramsey County approximately eight miles north of the City
<br /> of Saint Paul. The City encompasses an area of approximately 4.25 square miles. Mounds
<br /> View has experienced moderate growth since 1970, 10,599 population compared to 1990
<br /> population of 12,541; an 18% increase in population. Metropolitan Council estimated the City's
<br /> 1991 population to be 12,590.
