RESOLUTION NO. 4311 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A WAGE ADJUSTMENT <br /> FOR LYNNETTE MORGAN, CLERK <br /> WHEREAS, Lynnette Morgan is a regular part-time employee who began <br /> working for the City of Mounds View on January 2, 1990; and <br /> WHEREAS, Ms. Morgan's work performance has met the responsibilities <br /> of Clerk as outlined in the job description; and <br /> WHEREAS, her work performance has been determined to be <br /> satisfactory; and <br /> WHEREAS, a wage adjustment that is consistent with the City's <br /> compensation policy is recommended. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council <br /> hereby approve a wage adjustment for Lynnette Morgan from <br /> $8 .55/hour to $9 .05/hour effective 12/9/92 . <br /> Presented this 14th day of December, 1992 <br /> (SEAL) <br /> Jerry Linke, Mayor <br /> (ATTEST) <br /> Samantha Orduno, City Administrator <br />
