RESOLUTION NO, 4317 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> APPROVING JUST AND CORRECT <br /> CLAIMS AGAINST CITY FUNDS <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of Mounds View, pursuant to <br /> Minnesota Statutes 412.241, has full authority over the financial affairs <br /> of the City and; <br /> WHEREAS, The City Council has reviewed the claims numbers: <br /> 37003 through 37116 in the amount of $ 56,320.21 <br /> 36883 through 36897 in the amount of $ 75,271.44 <br /> 40000 through 40018 in the amount of $ 11,931.64 <br /> through in the amount of $ <br /> TOTAL AMOUNT OF CLAIMS PRESENTED $ 143,523.29 <br /> and has found said claims to be just and correct; <br /> (list of any exception) <br /> NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved that the City Council of Mounds View <br /> hereby approved the attached lists of claims dated 12/15/92 by the <br /> vote ayes nayes <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Mayor <br /> (.SEAL) <br /> Clerk-Administrator <br />
