RESOLUTION NO. 4319 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN APPLICATION FOR <br /> CONVEYANCE OF CERTAIN TAX-FORFEITED PARCELS <br /> WHEREAS the Mounds View City Council has determined that the <br /> following-described tax-forfeited land is required for drainage and <br /> ponding purposes: <br /> Except the South 140 feet and except the West 75 feet of Lot <br /> 14 ; Also, Except the South 140 feet of Lot 13, Block 1, <br /> Spring Lake Park Highlands; and <br /> WHEREAS, acquisition of the above-referenced parcels <br /> would be consistent with the City of Mounds View's Surface Water <br /> Management Plan. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the proper City <br /> officials be and hereby are authorized to make an application for <br /> conveyance of said tax-forfeited land for surface water management <br /> purposes. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Clerk-Administrator be <br /> and hereby is authorized to file a certified copy of this <br /> resolution and application for conveyance of said tax-forfeited <br /> land in the office of the Land Commissioner. <br /> Adopted this 14th day of December, 1992. <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Mayor <br /> (SEAL) <br /> Clerk-Administrator <br />
