Bid opening <br />is Monday morning, August 26, 1993. Following the bid opening I will provide a <br />recommendation for City Council approval - - to be presented at the Council meeting <br />Monday evening, July 26, 1993. I wish to expedite this project for completion in August <br />and for this reason requesting Council's approval at July 26 Council meeting. The next <br />earliest meeting would be August 9 and that is toy` long a time.
