Mounds View City Council Page Eleven <br /> gular Meeting February 8, 1993 <br /> Mayor Linke commented that the resolution states 38 spaces for <br /> merchandise for sale and that was with the fence. <br /> Councilmember Blanchard stated that the Council would then have to <br /> amend the previous agreement. <br /> Harrington explained that the Council would not have to amend the <br /> agreement as there was a caveat in the original resolution that <br /> stated that Mr. Weldon could bring in an alternate site plan for <br /> City review and approval. <br /> Councilmember Blanchard inquired as to the property behind the <br /> fence. <br /> Harrington explained that the area behind the fence was a wooded <br /> area. <br /> Councilmember Blanchard stated that the City doesn't want that <br /> area to become a dump site and that it remain a good buffer for <br /> the property. <br /> , Harrington stated that a test driving plan was designed to be <br /> Highway 10 to Highway 65 to 610 and back on to Highway 10. <br /> • MOTION/SECOND: Blanchard/Rickaby to Approve Alternate Site <br /> Plan for Auto Central, Inc. <br /> VOTE: 5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br /> REPORTS: <br /> Report of Councilmembers: <br /> a.
