Samantha Orduno, City Administrator, reviewed Resolution No. 4327 <br /> regarding the rescheduling of City Council Meetings Falling on <br /> Legal Holidays. Orduno stated that certain Mondays in 1993 are dates <br /> recognized as legal holidays, thus prohibiting an official meeting of <br /> the Mounds View City Council. These meeting dates, therefore, need <br /> to be rescheduled. These dates are for both the Work Sessions and <br /> Regular Meetings and will be posted in the Lobby. <br /> MOTION/SECOND: Blanchard/Wuori to adopt Resolution No. 4327 <br /> Rescheduling City Council Meetings Falling on Legal Holidays <br /> VOTE: 5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br /> B. Mayor Linke, reviewed Resolution No. 4328 Appointing City <br /> Councilmembers and the Clerk-Administrator as Representatives for City <br /> Commissions and Other Organizations. A correction on the resolution was <br /> noted that the representative for the Mounds View Business Association <br /> should be Samantha Orduno with the alternate being Phyllis Blanchard. <br /> MOTION/SECOND: Linke/Quick to adopt Resolution No. 4328 Appointing • <br /> City Councilmembers and the Clerk-Administrator as Representatives <br /> for City Commissions and other Organizations <br /> VOTE: 5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br /> C. Samantha Orduno, City Administrator, reviewed Resolution No. 4329 <br /> Appointing Official Newspaper, Acting Mayor and Official Depository <br /> for 1993 . The official newspaper is the New Brighton Bulletin with <br /> the secondary newspaper being the St. Paul Pioneer Press. Acting <br /> Mayor is Phyllis Blanchard and primary depository is Western Bank <br /> with a list of many various secondary depositories. <br /> MOTION/SECOND: Wuori/Quick to adopt Resolution No. 4329 Appointing <br /> Official Newspaper, Acting Mayor and Official Depository for 1993 <br /> VOTE: 5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br /> D. Mayor Linke, reviewed Resolution No. 4330 Reappointing Commission <br /> Members <br /> MOTION/SECOND: Linke/Wuori to adopt Resolution No. 4330 Reappointing <br /> Commission Members. JoAnn Colleen was reappointed to the Planning <br /> Commission, Ed Trettel to the Parks, Recreation and Forestry Commission <br /> and Charlynn Robertson to the Police Civil Service Commission. <br /> VOTE: 5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried • <br />
