RESOLUTION NO. 4334 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> APPROVING THE 1993 PERSONNEL COMPENSATION AND <br /> INSURANCE CONTRIBUTION SCHEDULE <br /> WHEREAS, the wage ranges and Personnel Compensation and <br /> Insurance Schedule for non-union personnel must be set annually by <br /> Council resolution; and <br /> WHEREAS, the wage ranges are included in the attached 1993 <br /> Personnel Compensation Schedule as Attachment A; <br /> WHEREAS, it is proposed that the City continue to make a <br /> contribution towards the cost of employee health insurance. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT: <br /> 1. The 1993 wage ranges shall be as specified in the <br /> attached 1993 Personnel Compensation and Insurance <br /> Contribution Schedule included herein as Attachment <br /> A. <br /> 2 . The City shall make a contribution of up to <br /> $300/month towards the cost of family health <br /> insurance and shall pay the entire premium for <br /> single health coverage as indicated in Attachment A. <br /> 3 . Transfers to cover designated Stanton adjustments <br /> are authorized from Account No. 100-4120-975 to the <br /> salary account of departments where Stanton adjust- <br /> ments have been made. <br /> Adopted this 11th day of January, 1993 . <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Mayor <br /> Clerk-Administrator <br />
