His performance has <br /> consistently met or exceeded the requirements of the job. His knowledge of <br /> the policies and procedures of the City as well as his knowledge of the <br /> City staff affirm that he is the best candidate to assume the <br /> responsibilities of the Assistant to the City Administrator. <br /> The five step compensation plan for this position is as follows: <br /> (All compensation numbers included herein are reported as monthly <br /> compensation) <br /> STEP 1 STEP 2 STEP 3 STEP 4 STEP 5 <br /> INITIAL AFTER 6 MOS.
