RESOLUTION NO. 4336 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING POSITION RECLASSIFICATION FOR MANAGEMENT <br /> ASSISTANT AND RECYCLING COORDINATOR AND STATUS RECLASSIFICATION <br /> FOR ATHLETIC SUPERVISOR AND MAINTENANCE DIVISION SECRETARY <br /> WHEREAS, the 1993 Budget provided for position <br /> reclassification and status reclassification; and <br /> WHEREAS, the positions to be reclassified are: Management <br /> Assistant to Assistant to City Administrator and P-T Recycling <br /> Coordinator to F-T Recycling Coordinator/Code Enforcement <br /> Officer; and <br /> WHEREAS, the positions requiring a status reclassification <br /> are: Athletic Supervisor and Maintenance Division Secretary from <br /> part-time to full-time status; and <br /> WHEREAS, Tim Cruikshank has been employed by the City in the <br /> capacity of a Management Assistant and has met all the <br /> qualifications required of a position reclassification to full- <br /> time, exempt status Assistant to the City Administrator; and <br /> WHEREAS, Carla Asleson has been employed by the City in the <br /> capacity of Recycling Coordinator and has met all the <br /> qualifications required for a position reclassification to full- <br /> time, exempt status Recycling Coordinator/Code Enforcement <br /> Officer. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the City Council in and <br /> for the City of Mounds View does hereby approve the position and <br /> status reclassification of the following positions: <br /> 1. Tim Cruikshank from Management Assistant to F-T, exempt <br /> status Assistant to the City Administrator at an <br /> initial salary set at Step 1 of the position's Five <br /> Step Compensation Plan, $2, 732 .94/month. <br /> 2 . Carla Asleson from part-time Recycling Coordinator to <br /> full-time, exempt status Recycling Coordinator/Code <br /> Enforcement Officer at an initial salary set at Step 1 <br /> of the position's Five Step Compensation Plan, <br /> $1, 500.38/month. <br />
