RESOLUTION NO. 4402 <br /> PAGE TWO OF TWO <br /> 3 . The Petition and Waiver Agreement executed by the <br /> owners of 4889 Old Highway 8 is found to be in proper <br /> order and is accepted. <br /> 4 . The plans and specifications for Project No. 93-5 are <br /> approved. <br /> 5 . City Project No. 93-5, as described in the feasibility. <br /> report, is hereby ordered. <br /> 6. A contract for the construction of City Project No. 93- <br /> 5 between the City and Gertman Construction Company <br /> is hereby approved, and the Clerk-Administrator is <br /> authorized and directed to take such steps as are <br /> necessary to enter into a contract with the contractor <br /> and proceed with construction. <br /> 7 . Upon completion of the project and determination of the <br /> costs thereof, the Clerk-Administrator is directed to <br /> cause an assessment roll to be prepared levying 100% of <br /> the costs of the improvement against the property <br /> located at 4889 Old Highway 8 for presentation to and <br /> consideration by the Council. <br /> Adopted this 23rd day of August, 1993 . <br /> ATTEST: <br /> MAYOR <br /> (SEAL) <br /> CITY ADMINISTRATOR <br />
