Chapter 40. 14, Subdivision I allows for the <br /> utilization of manufactured trailers as a "temporary office when said <br /> manufactured trailer is located outside of an authorized manufactured <br /> trailer park. . . " with the approval of the City Council. <br /> Chapter 40. 14 also stipulates that the permit for such temporary use shall <br /> not exceed 90 days in length from the date of approval. Staff has reviewed <br /> the site plan submitted by .Dynex and finds no problems with the location <br /> of the proposed trailer. <br /> I have included a copy of the letter of request and site plan provided by <br /> the applicant for your review. <br /> Paul Harrington, Cit Planner <br /> . <br /> RECOMMENDATION: <br /> Approve request of Dynex Industries for the utilization of a manufactured <br /> trailer as temporary office space for a period not to exceed 90 days <br /> (request can be approved by motion) . <br />
