Design flyers with better graphics and creativity <br />Sharie <br />On -going <br />Thanks to great <br />graphics and <br />packages and Aldus <br />Pagemaker, both <br />our flyers and <br />newsletter are <br />becoming more <br />pleasant to look at. <br />The only factor that <br />restricts doing <br />interesting and <br />creative flyers is <br />time. <br />Provide special interest mailings once per month <br />Sharie <br />December, 1993 <br />Special interest <br />mailings are being <br />done on a quarterly <br />basis. We are <br />striving to provide <br />for frequent mailings <br />but time and cost is <br />prohibitive. <br />Establish data basis with ability to access individuals by age, past <br />Sharie <br />April, 1993 <br />We do have <br />somewhat of a data <br />classes, location, etc. <br />base, at this time by <br />class interest only. <br />Sharie will be <br />working with our <br />Student Manager <br />provider to modify <br />our program so we <br />can easily access <br />these features. <br />Through the utilities <br />program we can get <br />some of this <br />Information, <br />however, it is very <br />complicated end <br />not always accurate. <br />
