Participate in weekly staff meetings to encourage open communication <br />We started out with <br />and keep apprised of activities to be a successful team <br />Entire Department <br />On -going <br />weekly meetings <br />but because of <br />wonderful daily <br />communication <br />found that the set <br />meetings were not <br />necessary unless <br />warranted for a <br />special reason. <br />Staff has had <br />excellent <br />communications <br />amongst each <br />other. <br />Actively be involved in workshops regarding customer relations. <br />We have tried to <br />teamwork, goal setting, join orientations, information meetings and <br />keep focused to our <br />goals and to each <br />whatever else is necessary to ensure that all team members are aware <br />of individual division's activities and needs. <br />Entire Department <br />On -going <br />others' needs. Staff <br />has attended <br />workshops and <br />seminars when <br />seen as a benefit - - <br />to keep abreast of <br />issues and <br />operations. <br />Celebrate successes together <br />Entire Department <br />On -going <br />We need to do <br />better on this - - <br />there seems to be <br />so little time - - but <br />it is important and <br />we will dive to do <br />better on this. <br />
