November 24, 2008 Item No. 7G <br />Page 3 <br />The City Council had previously adopted Resolution 7307 on July 28, 2008, which <br />included provisions for parking along Hillview Road and Greenwood Drive. A copy of <br />Resolution 7307 is included with this Staff Report for reference. The position expressed <br />by Council on Nov. 10, 2008 differed from the provisions included in Resolution 7307. <br />Therefore, if the City Council wishes to formalize their position expressed on Nov. 10, <br />2008, it will be necessary to adopt a new resolution to amend Resolution 7307. <br />Recommendation: <br />Staff is seeking final direction from the City Council on this issue. Resolution 7360 has <br />been prepared to amend Resolution 7307 in accordance with the position stated by the <br />Council on November 10, 2008. <br />Staff respectfully requests that, after any final discussion necessary, Council consider <br />Resolution 7360 and either approve, modify, or deny the Resolution. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />Joseph R.
