General discussions with staff regarding various City matters, <br />elections issues, etc. <br /> <br />MU210-4: Charter Commission. Consult with City staff regarding Charter issues, <br />amendments and ordinance implementation. Continue work on ordinance <br />concerning certification of administrative fees and penalties. Revise and forward <br />same to City staff. Matter is presently pending. <br /> <br />MU210-26: The Mermaid. Review plat amendment and PUD amendment. Work on draft of <br />plat opinion. Review correspondence from owner. Consult with City staff <br />regarding preliminary plat and changes to platted lot, etc. Discussions with City <br />staff, applicant and applicant’s attorney as to subdivision and TIF issues, etc. <br />Forward plat opinion to City staff. Forward instructions to title company <br />regarding requirements for the recording of the plat and the need to review the <br />final plat and other related documents. Matter is presently pending. <br /> <br />MU210-35: Community Center Project. Review and consult with City staff regarding rental <br />agreement possible lease assignment.
