<br />RESOLUTION 7379 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />ACCEPTING THE HIDDEN HOLLOW SOUTH UTILITY AND STREET <br />IMPROVEMENT PROJECT AND AUTHORIZING FINAL PAYMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Nord Excavating, Incorporated has requested that <br />acceptance and final payment be made by the City for the Hidden Hollow South <br />Utility and Street Improvement Project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, all work has been satisfactorily completed in <br />accordance with the contract plans and specifications; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the original contract amount was $177,723.00, the <br />actual final construction cost is $185,895.41, and the final payment amount is <br />$34,930.70. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br />City of Mounds View, Ramsey County, Minnesota as follows: <br /> <br />1. The Hidden Hollow South Utility and Street Improvement Project is hereby <br />accepted. <br /> <br />2.
