APPROVAL OF AGENDA 20 <br /> 21 <br />Clerk Administrator Ericson noted that three items were added to the Agenda this afternoon. 22 <br /> 23 <br /> A. Monday, October 13, 2008, City Council Agenda 24 <br /> 25 <br />MOTION/SECOND: Mueller/Hull. To Approve the Monday, October 13, 2008 Agenda as 26 <br />Amended. 27 <br /> 28 <br /> Ayes – 5 Nays – 0 Motion carried. 29 <br /> 30 <br />5. PUBLIC INPUT 31 <br /> 32 <br />Mike Read commented that the City is spending almost $40,000 for Red Oak Drive chokers but 33 <br />hardly anything for the rest of the residents. 34 <br /> 35 <br />Mayor Marty explained that there are standards that were set for the community and that is what 36 <br />Council and Staff are following. The traffic calming is an attempt to slow traffic through the 37 <br />community for safety of the residents. 38 <br /> 39 <br />Mayor Marty indicated that when the curb cut comes up for Mr. Read’s property he is welcome 40 <br />to come to City Hall and discuss it. 41 <br /> 42 <br />6.
