To Waive the Reading and Introduce the First 26 <br />Reading of Ordinance 804, an Ordinance Amending Title 1300, Flood Control Regulations, by 27 <br />Adding a New Chapter 1303 Entitled Construction Site and Land Disturbance Runoff Controls 28 <br /> as Amended During Discussions. 29 <br /> 30 <br />Council Member Mueller asked how the communication on the new requirements would happen. 31 <br />Clerk Administrator Ericson explained that usually there is a preconstruction conference and 32 <br />staff will make sure that developers are provided the information on City requirements. 33 <br /> 34 <br /> Ayes – 5 Nays – 0 Motion carried. 35 <br /> 36 <br />B.
