Clerk Administrator Ericson 1 <br />noted that there is an issue with the heating coils in the Council Chambers and there is some 2 <br />work involved in getting the air out of the heating lines. 3 <br /> 4 <br />MOTION/SECOND: Mueller/Flaherty. September 8, 2008, City Council Minutes. 11 <br /> 12 <br />Mayor Marty noted that changes were submitted to staff. 13 <br /> 14 <br />MOTION/SECOND: Flaherty/Mueller. To Approve the Minutes of September 8, 2008 as 15 <br />Presented. 16 <br /> 17 <br /> Ayes – 5 Nays – 0 Motion carried. 18 <br /> 19 <br />B. September 22, 2008, City Council Minutes. 20 <br /> 21 <br />Mayor Marty, Page 2, Line 16, insert “years before the golf course was ever sold” between 22 <br />approached and regarding. Line 28, “the other half goes into the general fund to assist with 23 <br />funding the operations of the City, and that franchise fee comes up every year in the budget 24 <br />process every year, and it will be up to each Council to determine whether to reduce it.” 25 <br /> 26 <br />Mayor Marty, Page 3, Line 11 insert “on this parcel”. Line 27, after structure, add, “and that TIF 27 <br />had not been asked for.” 28 <br /> 29 <br />Council Member Mueller, Line 44, “correct vote”. Page 7, Line 36, insert “resident” and if she 30 <br />would like two accesses or a horseshoe shaped driveway. Marty, Line 25, “insert he constructed 31 <br />on his property, was approved with the condition that there would be no second curb cut.” 32 <br />Marty, Page 10, Line 3, remove hearing. Line 39, insert “in regards to Item H concerning the 33 <br />intersection of County Road 10 and County Road H Mayor Marty suggested working with Arden 34 <br />Hills cooperatively or with a letter of support.” 35 <br /> 36 <br />Council Member Mueller, Page 11, Item 5, response for Item 6 should be “this was confirmed by 37 <br />staff.” 38 <br /> 39 <br />Mayor Marty, Line 3, “this was confirmed by Staff”. Page 12, Line 44, “though the meetings may 40 <br />go long, all business in Mounds View is conducted publicly and before the cameras and is open 41 <br />to the public, and scratch out Mounds View.” 42 <br /> 43 <br />MOTION/SECOND: Marty/Mueller. To Approve the Minutes of September 22, 2008 as 44 <br />Amended. 45
