<br />On December 4, 2008 staff notified Mary G. Higgins, owner of 2070 Terrace Dr, in writing of <br />the intent to seek authorization from the City Council to authorize an abatement of the <br />remaining code violations existing at 2070 Terrace Dr. <br /> <br />Inspector Anderson conducted a reinspection of 2070 Terrace Dr. on December 15, 2008 <br />and obtained photos of the exterior. These photos show no change from the previous <br />inspections. <br /> <br />To date staff has received no response to communications from Mary Higgins regarding this <br />matter. <br /> <br /> <br />Recommendations: <br />Staff is recommending approval of the following resolutions authorizing abatement of <br />Nuisance Code violations: <br /> <br />1. Resolution 7387 Authorizing Abatement of Nuisance Code Violations at 8379 Red Oak Dr. <br /> <br />2. Resolution 7388 Authorizing Abatement of Nuisance Code Violations at 5055-57 <br />Sunnyside Rd. <br /> <br />3.
