Park and Recreation and Forestry Commission Gerald Arel December 31, 2008 Dale Aukee December 31, 2008 David Long December 31, 2008 Planning Commission Gary Stevenson December 31, 2008 Jean Miller December 31, 2008 Gary Meehlhause December 31, 2008 Sherry Gunn December 31, 2010 (seat to be vacated on December 31, 2008 due to her election to the City Council) Police Civil Service Virgil Beyer December 31, 2008 Dale Federer December 31, 2008 Streets and Utilities Committee Russ Warren December 31, 2008 Staff did receive applications from Gerald Arel, Dale Aukee, David Long, Virgil Beyer, Dale Federer, Gary Rundle, Gary Stevenson, Jean Miller and Gary Meehlhause to renew their terms. Russ Warren did not wish to renew his term on the Streets and Utilities Committee. There will be an additional opening in the Planning Commission due to Sherry Gunn’s election to the City Council starting in January 2009. In addition to these applications, Staff received applications from Nathan Bjerke, Paul Schiltgen, and Betty Johnson. Mr. Bjerke is interested in the Streets and Utilities Committee; Mr. Schiltgen is interested in the Planning Commission or the Park, Recreation and Forestry Commission; and Ms. Johnson is interested in any of the Commission and Committees. The Police Civil Service Commission and the Streets and Utilities Committee did not meet in December, and therefore no recommendations were made by them.
