He then said he would want to have soft graphics defined. 9 10 Council Member Stigney said that he wants two billboard structures to come down before one 11 dynamic sign would be allowed. 12 13 Mayor Marty reviewed with Staff his corrections/amendments to the proposed Ordinance. And 14 also suggested a one for one removal in order to get the billboard by Walgreen’s removed, as it is 15 there forever, while the others in the city have a sunset clause and will eventually come down 16 regardless. 17 18 Staff was asked to rework the language for on premises signs. 19 20 Council Member Mueller stated on Page 25 she would like to require that images shall not 21 include any video or high impact images or content. 22 23 Council suggested 10 seconds as the time interval for the next draft of the document. 24 25 Council Member Stigney asked for clarification on the sign interval timing. Staff explained. 26 27 MOTION/SECOND: Marty/Mueller. To Waive the Reading and Introduce Ordinance 816, an 28 Ordinance Amending Chapter 1008 of the Municipal Code, relating to the Sign Code as 29 Amended. 30 31 Ayes – 5 Nays – 0 Motion carried. 32 33 Council went back to Item 6C at this point in the meeting. 34 35 Council then heard Item G. 36 37 E. Resolution 7368, Approving a Longevity Increase for Officer Jeremy 38 Hellpap. 39 40 MOTION/SECOND: Marty/Stigney. To Extend the Meeting to 11:00 p.m. 41 42 Ayes – 5 Nays – 0 Motion carried. 43 44
