7 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Toward Zero Deaths (TZD) <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />There were 6 separate Ramsey County Traffic Safety Initiative (RCTSI) DWI saturation <br />events held in Ramsey County during the first quarter of 2014. <br />The total numbers for all Ramsey County units resulted in: <br /> <br />• 1053 traffic stops <br />• 56 DWI arrests <br />In addition, a 10 day period of focused seatbelt and child restraint enforcement occurred <br />March 21-30, 2014. During that period, Mounds View officers worked 25 hours compiling 49 <br />traffic stops resulting in: <br /> <br />7 Seatbelt citations <br />4 Speeding citations <br />4 Driving after Withdrawals <br />8 other miscellaneous charges <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
