Ordinance 933 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />Subd. 7. 6. Bylaws: The Commission shall adopt bylaws for its governance and for the <br />transaction of its business. The bylaws shall be reviewed on an annual basis at the <br />first regular meeting in February. <br /> <br />Subd. 8. 7. Records: A recording secretary, who may be recommended by the Planning and <br />Zoning Commission for appointment, shall keep a record of attendance at <br />Commission meetings and a record of resolutions, votes and abstentions on each <br />question requiring a vote. The record of the Commission shall be a public record. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. In accordance with Section 3.07 of the City Charter, City Staff shall have the <br />following summary printed in the official City newspaper in lieu of the complete ordinance: <br /> <br />On May 8, 2017, the Mounds View City Council adopted Ordinance 933 which <br />amends Chapter 401 of the Mounds View City Code, deleting Planning <br />Commission “Agenda Sessions” as a type of meeting. A printed copy of the <br />ordinance is available for inspection during regular business hours at Mounds <br />View City Hall and is available online at the City’s website located at <br />www.ci.mounds-view.mn.us . <br /> <br />SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force 30 days from and after its passage <br />and publication, in accordance with Section 3.09 of the City Charter. <br /> <br />Introduction and First Reading by the Mounds View City Council on April 24, 2017. <br /> <br />Second Reading and Adoption by the Mounds View City Council on May 8, 2017. <br /> <br />Publication Date: May 19, 2017. <br /> <br /> _____________________________ <br /> Carol A.
