April 10, 2017, City Council Meeting Minutes. 12 13 Council Member Gunn requested a correction on Page 2, Line 27 noting the line should read: 14 have a water source close to the hive. 15 16 Council Member Meehlhause requested a correction on Page 4, Line 31 changing “served” to 17 “serves”. 18 19 Council Member Meehlhause requested a correction on Page 4, Line 39 changing “and” to “an”. 20 21 MOTION/SECOND: Gunn/Meehlhause. To Approve the April 10, 2017, City Council meeting 22 minutes as corrected. 23 24 Ayes – 5 Nays – 0 Motion carried. 25 26 11. REPORTS 27 A. Reports of Mayor and Council. 28 29 Council Member Gunn congratulated the Irondale Drumline on their recent competition at 30 Internationals. She indicated this group was currently ranked 8th in the world. 31 32 Council Member Gunn noted the Irondale Marching Band would be holding an informational 33 meeting and open registration on Tuesday, May 2nd at 7:00 p.m. at the Irondale cafeteria. 34 35 Council Member Gunn stated the Irondale Drama Department would be presenting The Dining 36 Room on Thursday, April 27th, Friday April 28th and Saturday, April 29th at 7:00 p.m. In 37 addition, a matinee would be held on Sunday, April 30th at 1:00 p.m. 38 39 Council Member Gunn reported the Irondale Band Swing Dance would be held at the Mounds 40 View Community Center on Friday, May 5th at 7:00 p.m. Tickets will be sold at the door and all 41 funds raised will go to support the Irondale Band. 42 43 Council Member Gunn stated last Saturday she and Council Member Meehlhause attended the 44 play “Press Start” at Pinewood Elementary. 45
