<br /> <br />Approval if Fees are Paid Prior to the City Council Meeting <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 8772 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Approving an On-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License <br />for Moe’s Located at 2400 Mounds View Boulevard <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Moe’s, submitted all required City and State Liquor license application <br />materials; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View business licenses must be approved by the City <br />Council; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, staff has reviewed all application materials and fees; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the approval of this On-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License to Moe’s is <br />contingent on a satisfactory criminal background check. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mounds View City Council does <br />hereby approve an On-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License to Moe’s contingent on a <br />satisfactory criminal background check. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this license will expire on <br />June 30, 2018. <br /> <br /> Adopted this 12th day of June, 2017. <br /> <br /> <br /> ____________________________________ <br /> Carol A.
