The addition will be similar. <br />There are no architectural exterior material restrictions within the I-1 Industrial district. <br /> <br />Trash Disposal: <br />An enclosure will be outside of the NW corner of the building, next to the above ground <br />fuel tanks. <br /> <br />Construction Timetable: <br />Completion in August, 2017 <br /> <br />Summary <br />St. Cloud Industrial Products is requesting approval of a Development Review for an <br />addition onto a maintenance/repair shop to be used for the maintenance, repair of <br />buses, and for offices. <br /> <br />Planning Commission Recommendation <br />The Planning Commission considered this request on June 7, 2017, recommending <br />approval of the Development Review (Resolution 1071-17), including further review by <br />the applicant and Staff regarding additional screening along the north property line of <br />4825 Mustang Cir. adjacent to Towns Edge Mobile Home Park, and a reduction of <br />landscaping near the proposed building expansion at 4821 Mustang Cir. <br /> <br />Recommendation <br />Staff recommends approval of Resolution 8765, approving a Development Review for <br />property located at 4821 Mustang Cir. <br /> <br />Resolution 8765 also requires the removal of barbed wire from the existing chain-link <br />fence (not discussed during June 7th Planning Commission meeting). Barbed wire is <br />not permitted in Mounds View unless for facilities providing essential services or <br />governmental services. Barbed wire fencing is common on properties in this area, and <br />may predate this section of the City Code. <br /> <br /> <br />
