3 <br /> <br />The County will pay for 50% of the cost of the sidewalk/trail on the bridge that is <br />not paid for by the State. The City pays for 25% of the cost of the sidewalk/trail <br />on the bridge not paid for by the State. Pursuant to Agreement PUBW2016- <br />13(R) the City of Arden Hills is also responsible for 25% of the cost of the <br />sidewalk/trail on the bridge not paid for by the State. <br /> <br />4.4. The City will pay 50% of the cost of the irrigation system. Pursuant to Agreement <br />PUBW2016-13(R) the City of Arden Hills is responsible for the remaining 50% of <br />the cost. <br /> <br />4.5. The City will pay for a portion of the proposed Program Wet Pond located between <br />Program Avenue and the I-35W southbound off ramp based on the portion of <br />runoff attributed to areas outside of County and MnDOT Right-of-Way. <br /> <br />The City will pay f or a portion of the proposed Mermaid Wet Pond located at the <br />southwest corner of County Road H and County State Aid Highway 10/Mounds <br />View Boulevard based on the portion of runoff attributed to areas outside of the <br />County Right-of-Way. <br /> <br />4.6. Mobilization, Field Office, Erosion Control Supervisor, and Traffic Control are <br />defined collectively as the “Prorated Items”. The City percentage of the Prorated <br />Items is calculated as follows: <br /> <br />(City Cost excluding the Prorated Items Cost) <br />City % Prorated Items = <br />(Total Project Cost excluding the Prorated Items Cost) <br /> <br />The costs in the Prorated Items calculation will be based on contract unit prices <br />and quantities at the time of contract award. No adjustments in the percentages <br />will be made if unit prices or quantities vary during construction. <br /> <br />4.7. Design Engineering Costs <br /> <br />4.7.1. The City shall pay the County a design engineering fee equal to 8% of the <br />City’s share of the project items identified in Exhibit A and those revisions <br />requested by City. <br /> <br />4.7.2. Design engineering fees shall be calculated based on the quantities and unit <br />prices at the time of contract award. <br /> <br />4.8. Construction Engineering and Administration Costs <br /> <br />4.8.1. The City shall pay the County a construction engineering fee equal to 8% of <br />the City’s share of the project items identified in Exhibit A and any revisions <br />requested by City. <br />
