<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 8800 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING SEVERANCE FOR BRIAN ERICKSON, <br />PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR <br /> <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Brian Erickson has resigned as Public Works Director for the City of <br />Mounds View; his last day of employment was July 14, 2017; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in accordance with the Mounds View Personnel Manual, Mr. Erickson is <br />eligible for a cash payout of his vacation hours and is eligible to receive 50% of his sick <br />leave hours deposited into his RHSP; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Erickson’s balance of accrued and unused vacation is 60.94 hours; <br />and his sick leave balance is 105.85 hours; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Erickson’s rate of pay upon resignation was $52.45 per hour. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council <br />approves severance to Brian Erickson consistent with the Mounds View Personnel Manual <br />as follows: <br /> <br /> Hours Hourly rate Payout <br />Vacation Hours 60.94 $52.45 $3,196.30 Cash Payout <br />50% of Sick Leave 52.93 $52.45 $2,776.18 into RHSP <br />Total Severance: $5,972.48 <br /> <br /> <br />Adopted this 24th day of July, 2017. <br /> <br /> <br /> ________________________________ <br /> Carol A.
