<br />Item No: __9B__ <br />Meeting Date: July 24, 2017 <br />Type of Business: Council Business <br />Administrator Review : ____ <br />City of Mounds View Staff Report <br />To: Honorable Mayor and City Council <br />From: Jon Sevald, Planner <br />Item Title/Subject: PUBLIC HEARING: Resolution 8777, approving the <br />Preliminary Plat of “Boulevard”, generally located at the NW <br />corner of Mounds View Blvd. and Groveland Rd. <br /> <br />Introduction: <br />MWF Properties, LLC, requests approval of the Preliminary Plat of “Boulevard”, a Major <br />Subdivision combing four lots into one lot, located on 4.5 acres (including right-of-way) <br />at the northwest corner of Mounds View Blvd. and Groveland Rd. <br /> <br />This preliminary plat request is related to an application to approve a Development <br />Review for a 60-unit apartment building. The Preliminary Plat focuses on the <br />dimensions of the lot and public infrastructure, while the Development Review focuses <br />on how the land is used, such as the location and appearance of buildings, parking, <br />landscaping, and traffic.
