Staff would propose to use existing funds in the 2012 Community Development <br />Department budget to pay for the initial $2,700 investment that includes one time fees to <br />configure and customize the Citizen Mobile Access application and submit the app to the <br />Apple Store and Android Marketplace on behalf of the City.
