Per your <br />request we have specified the delivery of Comcate’s Mobile Citizen iPhone App. Citizen’s will have <br />unlimited use of the application and can use it in a variety of additional situations as well. As part of this <br />agreement Comcate is investing significant resources beyond the City’s investment to produce the <br />application. <br /> <br />The following summarizes the specific software that will be provided: <br /> <br /> Citizen iPhone App Functionality Summarized <br /> <br /> Citizens will be able to download the City’s iPhone app on apple’s app store and on Androids <br />from the Android Marketplace <br /> <br /> Citizens will be able to take photo and enter information about request on their iPhone <br /> <br /> The available GIS data will be automatically added to the case <br /> <br /> Citizens will be able to view their requests on a map on their phone <br /> <br /> The request will be converted into a case and it will be routed through eFM Lite and can be <br />easily referred into your Code Enforcement Manager system <br /> <br />The investment is comprised of two components: a one-time implementation fee, and the Annual License. <br /> <br />Investment <br /> One-Time Fee Annual License Total <br />Configuration and Delivery of Mobile Citizen App (1) $750 $750 $1,500 <br />Citizen Web Access for Enforcement (2) $250 $500 $750 <br />Google Maps Lite (3) $250 $500 $750 <br />Existing Client Incentive Reduction (4) $(300) $(300) <br />Year One Investment $2,700 <br /> <br />Because this is an expansion of our existing relationship with the City we have incorporated a significant <br />discount see (4) above. <br /> <br />(1) Development and delivery of iPhone app as described in Exhibit A and submission on behalf of <br />City to Apple App Store. <br />(2) eFeedback Manager Lite to provide Citizen Web Access portal for Enforcement complaints. eFM <br />can be used by up to 5 staff, to manage incoming cases <br />(3) Google Maps Lite to provide Citizens the ability to click on a Google Map to identify the location <br />of their issue. Staff will receive a map snippet as part of their case. <br /> <br />In-person meetings can be requested by the client. Travel will be billed at actual travel costs incurred. All <br />travel expenses will be pre-approved by the City. <br />
