November 5, 2012 <br />City Council Work Session <br />Item 2 – Possible Creation of Task Force <br />Recommendation <br />Staff recommends that if the City Council moves forward with creating a visioning task force <br />for County Road 10, that the City Council approve the task force composition and create a <br />clear charge for the task force. For example, is the task force’s charge to create the entire <br />vision for County Road 10 or is it to provide ideas to the City Council so that the City <br />Council itself can create the vision for County Road 10? <br />Staff also recommends that the possible task force meet two evenings per month beginning <br />in January 2013, not to exceed six, two-hour meetings.
