<br /> <br /> <br />Exceptions: The following are exempt from the requirements of the Special Outdoor <br />Event Permit: <br /> <br />a. City-Sponsored Events. <br /> <br />b. Private Parties: A Private Party is any party held on private property in <br />which members of the general public are not invited. <br /> <br />Each business or organization or person(s), are allotted only two Special Outdoor Event <br />Permits per calendar year, and all Special Outdoor Event Permits must be approved by <br />the Mounds View City Council. The Mounds View City Council meets every second and <br />fourth Monday of each month. After City Council approval, the applicant must inform <br />the residents of the event by mailing or by hand delivery no later than 10 days prior to <br />the event.
