<br /> Considerable knowledge of the time, costs, materials, methods, techniques, tools, and
<br />equipment used in repairing, operating, maintaining, and constructing various Ppublic
<br />Wworks infrastructure and facilities.
<br /> Considerable knowledge of the principals and practices of supervision, including the ability to
<br />supervise a group of 8 up to 20 maintenance workers.
<br /> Thorough Considerable knowledge of, and the ability to enforce, standard safety practices
<br />and procedures commonly associated with operation, maintenance, and repair activities for
<br />public works infrastructure, facilities, vehicles, and equipment.the occupational hazards
<br />involved and the safety precautions necessary to the safe conduct of work and equipment.
<br /> Skill and Considerable knowledge in the operation and care of tools, vehicles, light/heavy
<br />equipment, and building systems.of the related trades and of automotive equipment

<br />Knowledge of the appropriate statutes, regulations, codes, and ordinances pertaining to the
<br />areas of assignment or the ability to acquire such knowledge in a relatively short period of
