I have had difficulty getting hold <br />of him because he has moved to a new law firm. I told him that we needed <br />independent verification in the form of a letter from one of the contractors stating <br />when the garage was built. Ile told me that he would provide us with such a letter. <br />I explained to him that the matter was scheduled for the city council meeting of <br />October 25. He indicated that he was leaving town today for a week and that he <br />could not provide the letter by that time.
