Mr. Murzyn has provided the City will all licensing <br /> information with regard to the licensing of off-sale intoxicating liquor <br /> establishments per City Code. Mr. Murzyn has paid all fees with regard <br /> to the aforementioned license. The police investigation indicated that <br /> there is no reason for denial of the license. <br /> Mr. Murzyn will provide the City will a copy of the lease agreement for <br /> the property located at 2840 Highway 10 after formal approval of the <br /> license is obtained. <br /> A contingency of this license approval is that available off-street <br /> parking on the site is provided according to the plan provided by the <br /> property owner dated December 8, 1992 and approved by the City Council <br /> by the adoption of Resolution No. 4410. <br /> Michele Severson, Administration Secretary <br /> RECOMMENDATION: <br />
